Abstract
Competitive intelligence talent plays a growing role on the promotion of enterprise's competitive advantage and competitive intelligence work, the evaluation of competitive intelligence talent also gradually causes the attention of theoretical circle. This article constructs the evaluation index system of competitive intelligence talent, uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey system theory with the combination of comprehensive evaluation method and calculates the weight of each index, finally builds the appraisal model of competitive intelligence talent, to provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the evaluation of competitive intelligence talent.
