Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the result of closed-hand fracture treatment with plate fixation at the Lam Dong General Hospital. Subject and method: cases series analysis. Results showed that 31 closed-hand fractures treated with plate fixation have a first-stage healing time of 96.77%. Larson - Bostman score: excellent 93.55%, good 6.45%. Belsky score: excellent 80.65%, good 19.35%. In conclusion, closed-hand fracture treatment with plates has good outcomes: good anatomical correction, high healing ability, early rehabilitation and low complications.
