Abstract
Rationale: The prevalence of malnutrition in the elderly in nursing home (NH) is estimated between 15 and 40% (1-2), but French data are very rare. The Limousin Nutrition health network (LINUT) evaluates and provides nutritional care for older people of NH. The aim of this study was to assess with LINUT the nutritional status, dementia and mobility of older people of NH.
