Abstract

The purpose of the study is to assess the level of motivation of nursing leaders to achieve the goal and success. Results. More than 90 % of respondents showed motivation for success, perseverance and determination to move forward to achieve their goals, enthusiasm for work, the desire for continuous education and self-development. Conclusion. Important in the process of managerial life of the head of the nursing service is his constant training and self-development in overcoming difficulties, risk management and moving towards success.
