Abstract

The purpose of the study was to assess the labor potential of nursing specialists in order to organize their professional development in a medical organization. Results: the main components of the labor potential of the personality of a nurse (intellectual, qualification, communicative, motivational) have been determined, a socio-psychological portrait of the personality of a nurse has been compiled, recommendations for professional training and development of the labor potential of a nurse in the workplace have been developed. Conclusion: the results of the assessment of the labor potential of nursing specialists revealed the need for their development in the workplace on specific professional problems.
