Abstract

Aims: This study were done to evaluate the safety and success rate of precut fistulotomy performed by a single endoscopist and to assess change in success rate of precut fistulotomy over time. Patients and Methods: From January 2004 to August 2008, all patients who had undergone precut fistulotomy by single endoscopist with 8 years of prior ERCP experience were included. Data were collected by retrospective review of medical records. Main outcome measures were overall success and complications of precut fistulotomy.
