A retrospective analysis of 34 cases of antenatal fetal death and a prospective cohort study of the psychoemotional state of these pregnant women by questionnaire on the basis of the Kyiv City Maternity Hospital №3 in 2015 - 2019. The control group consisted of first-born pregnant women with uncomplicated pregnancy, no burdened general and obstetric and gynecological anamnesis (n = 25). The test used the attitude of the pregnant woman according to Dobryakov I. V, the test to determine the personal and situational anxiety of Spielberger-Khanin.The results of the study and their discussion: The average score of personal anxiety in the main group was 51, which indicates a high level of anxiety for themselves and pregnancy. The control group had a significantly lower average score of 26. The average value of situational anxiety in the main group was respectively: the main group - 47, the control group - 32. Testing to determine the psychological type of birth dominance allows dividing women into 5 types: optimal, depressive, euphoric, hypogestognostic, anxious. For pregnant women of the main group the depressive type is mainly characteristic, control - optimum. Conclusions: The results of the study of the psychoemotional condition of pregnant women with antenatal fetal death in anamnesis indicate deviations in the level of situational and personal anxiety and the formation of pathological birth dominance. Given the above results of the study, we recommend that all women at risk of antenatal fetal death and pregnant women with a history of antenatal fetal consultation consult a psychologist at the pre-pregnancy level and during pregnancy.
