Abstract

In the USA, the Pfizer–BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 vaccine is now available for individuals aged 6 months and older. Myocarditis/Pericarditis case has been reported after initiating COVID-19 vaccination, especially in adolescents and young adults. From data on COVID-19 vaccination, there are more attributes to the benefits associated with health matters. According to the research, the vaccination could harm the population being protected against. The study looks into various reports of myocarditis and pericarditis rates following mRNA-based vaccination in the US, Canada, and globally. To support the study's goal, the paper has reviewed further current knowledge using detailed information. Following the second dosage, usually within a week of vaccination, reported instances have been more frequently seen in males under 30 years old, and they are typically moderate with a swift recovery. Although the danger of COVID-19 sickness continues to be outweighed by the benefits of vaccination, authorities from all around the world continue to advise vaccination for all eligible persons, including children and teenagers. Furthermore, according to the American College of Cardiology, vaccine-related Myocarditis is a rare but potential adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccination based on mRNA. Most symptoms of this myocarditis resolve rapidly, and the clinical course is typically moderate.
