Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the learning achievement and satisfaction towards studying Science for Business and Services Course online on the topic ‘Polymer’ of vocational certificate students after being treated through the inquiry-based instruction. The research sample consisted of 15 first-year-vocational-certificate students of Food and Nutrition Major at Chitralada Vocational School by simple random sampling technique. The experiment took six hours. The research instruments were a learning management plan, an achievement test and a satisfaction questionnaire towards Science for Business and Services Online Course on the topic ‘Polymer’. Data were analyzed by a computer program. The research statistics used were percentage, mean and t-test. The research found that 1) students' learning achievement in Science for Business and Services Online Course on the topic ‘Polymer’ after using the inquiry-based instruction was higher than before, with the statistical significance at. 05. 2) the satisfaction of first-year-vocational-certificate students towards Science for Business and Services Online Course on the topic ‘Polymer’ was at the high level with the mean score 4.46.
