Abstract

The present study aimed to evaluate the knowledge and skills of second year of secondary religious teacher in the principles and procedures of religious education for girls in the city of Isfahan in the school year was 2011-2012. Methodology of Research was descriptive and survey. Information collection tool was made Questionnaire. The coefficient of reliability tests based on the 0.84 order of 0.81 for cronbach's alpha, and was estimated to be 0.92. Formal validity of questionnaire validity (based on the views of supervisors and consultants and several other academic specialists) and content validity (based on the target– content table) was used. Statistical sample in two parts and were selected through multistage cluster sampling: samples (1) Second year of high school includes 120 religious teachers to respond to multiple tests and samples (2) 50 of the second year of secondary school teachers in the check list of their religious scholar teaching in the classroom during the two sessions was completed. The research data in two levels of descriptive statistics (frequency, average, and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t-test, analyze variance and LSD) were analyzed. The results of the analysis of the data in this study showed that the rate of second year high school students of the religious teacher in conjunction with the principles and methods of religious education was higher than the average amount. As well as the extent of employing the principles of religious education and the second year of high school, was estimated to be more than the average level.
