Abstract

A study design to obtain personal exposure to 48-h and shorter-term exposure to nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide in an inner-city population consisting mainly of Black and Hispanic lower socioeconomic status families residing in small apartments with gas cooking stoves is described. Results from 92 homes are provided.
