Abstract

Background: A growing body of literature suggests that deficits in motor skill performance exist in the learning disabled population.10 Subjects: 30 learning disabled children, 30 normal children Method: Gross motor skills of the learning disabled and normal children were assessed using Motor Skills Inventory. A comparison of the gross motor skills was done between the two groups. Conclusion: The children with learning disability seem to have a delay in development and maturity of gross motor skills.
