Abstract
ABSTRACTThe paper describes optimisation of the functional use of renovated spaces in historic buildings in terms of fire risk. It presents an assessment of the fire protection in the folk building Hutterian House, situated in the village of Veľké Leváre, whose function was changed to become a museum. It provides a static analysis of existing load-bearing structures and an assessment of their fire resistance according to Eurocodes.
