Abstract

The strategic model for planning the motor recovery process of preschoolers diagnosed with infantile cerebral palsy (ICP) consists in substantiating the methodological content of recovery process of their motor functions, through the interaction and systematization of the means of physical education in association with those of kinetotherapeutic recovery, a fact that would ensure the necessary premises for the successful adaptation of the children from the respective contingent to the subsequent school, usual and general social conditions. The recovery process is to be determined, on the one hand, by the character and degree of deviation (distortion, underdevelopment) of motor activity, and on the other hand, by the motor development goals, to be achieved. For effective treatment of motor disorders of preschoolers with infantile cerebral palsy is rational to use the systemic approach, oriented towards the proposed goals, which involves the complex action of physical exercises both on the basic physiological systems of the child's body and on the development of his motor capacities, via the formation of a rational scheme of movement.
