Introduction

Renewable energies (RE) become a tremendous economic opportunity for countries looking for clean energy technologies. As a matter of fact, the world heads more and more toward the RE that use natural resources such as: sun, wind and biomass, for electricity production. In order to find reliable methods and bring durable solutions to the environmental challenges and to the problematic of the preservation of energy resources of fossil origin, the Algerian government aims to diversify the energy sources enhancing the inexhaustible resources as well as the decentralization of electricity production. This program will constitute the vector of a national industry development of renewable energies [4].
