Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the usage of GPA as supplemental material in the manufacture of coarse aggregate and concrete. Studying pond ash appropriateness as a silica substitute for coarse aggregate in concrete is the primary goal of this effort. The properties test such as., the crushing test, impact test, and abrasion test were conducted on the conventional and pond ash aggregate to obtain the optimum level. 14MPA combination shows better performance than other mixes. Additionally, an effort is being made to create concrete that satisfies the various structural features of concrete, such as compressive strength, by employing pond ash as source material for the coarse aggregates [PACACRETE]. From all of the experiments and investigations, it has been determined that the offered mix [M20 + GPA100% & M30 + GPA 100%] is the optimal combination, providing good compression strength over standard concrete with a potential modest drop in tensile and flexural strength.
