Abstract

Communication skills are very important for establishing trust between medical staff and patients, increasing compliance, and ensuring a high level of quality of medical care. The article presents the results of a study during which a checklist for the supervision of a simulated patient during training on communication skills in medicine was developed. An expert assessment of the actions of a simulated patient using a developed checklist makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of training and the quality of the educational process.
