Abstract
Reforms in health care are changing the environment of pastoral care and challenging the ways pastoral care is currently being done. This article offers a model for understanding those changes in health care, a way of reassessing the services offered by Pastoral Care, and a form for developing various options for services and staffing of a Pastoral Care Department.
