Abstract Date Presented 4/19/2018 This study describes outcomes of an occupational therapy home evaluation program for homebound older adults, including the ability of participants to complete typical outcome measures, types and frequencies of home safety and falls risks and major home repairs needed, and cost of adaptive equipment provided.
