Abstract
Bronchodilator responsiveness testing combined with clinical evaluation is a critical component for determining a patient's asthma control and management strategy.1 The bronchodilator response depends on several factors, such as severity of airflow obstruction and spirometric parameters considered for the functional response to the bronchodilator agent.2 This study was performed to determine how bronchodilator responsiveness tests are being administered in allergy practices, focusing on compliance and standardization with American Thoracic Society (ATS) guidelines for conducting this test.
