Abstract

The hollow-structured catalysts have raised attention due to the utilization of large specific surface area. In this paper, the catalyst CeO2@Fe-ZSM-5 (composed of a CeO2 core and a Fe-ZSM-5 shell) with hollow structure was prepared. Their catalytic performances for NH3-SCR were studied, and the resistance to H2O and SO2 were enhanced significantly compared with CeO2 and Fe-ZSM-5 catalyst. During the synthesis process of hollow CeO2@Fe-ZSM-5, the preparation conditions were investigated by the effect of crystallization time, the PC dosage and the adsorption of Fe-ZSM-5 seed. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, TEM, and XPS. It was known from the results of TEM and catalytic performance tests that the as-prepared hollow CeO2@Fe-ZSM-5 catalyst showed excellent NH3-SCR activity and N2 selectivity.
