Assembly building information management method combining Bim and QR code technology

Abstract

BIM software has made a qualitative leap in the management of building in-formation data. Informatization will promote the development of industrialization. There is a unified system for the standardized design and production of prefabricated buildings, which plays a good role in promoting the development of BIM. In the design stage, the component information is generated and the unique code is assigned. At the same time, the batch classification export of component QR code and the component information update mechanism are realized in Revit; In the production stage, upload quality inspection reports and other relevant materials through the platform; In the construction stage, check the basic information and location of components, and conduct acceptance operation. The whole process takes component code as the unique mark and QR code as the unified carrier to form a complete BIM model design, production and construction data chain of prefabricated buildings, which can solve the problem of information island in traditional prefabricated building design, production and construction management. Realize the information, intelligent and visual management of the whole process of component design, production, transportation, construction and hoisting.
