Abstract

The article describes the creation of a filastruder for recycling plastic into a filament for a 3D-printer, which is able to enter the world market and compete with analogues. The article discusses the models of the filastruder and presents the advantages and disadvantages of existing analogues. The development and technological map, the block diagram of the device and the device code are presented. The ecological and aesthetic assessment of the device is given. All the necessary drawings were made in a special environment for 3D-modeling according to the original dimensions of the components of the project. All parts are made on high-tech equipment: a numerically controlled machine and a 3D-printer.
