A. pulchella resembles to A. guangxiensis, but mainly differs by the perigone tube depressed urceolate, stigma disc-shaped, ca. 20 mm in diameter, 5-6 mm thick, the central part slightly convex with 5 (or 4) radial, purplish red, bifurcate stripes.
