Abstract
<h3></h3> <i>Aspergillus fumigatus</i> — наиболее распространенный патогенный гриб, который часто вызывает у людей тяжелое поражение, приводящее к смерти. В последние годы отмечается увеличение числа случаев инвазивного аспергиллеза легких, которое обусловлено рядом причин,связанных с иммуносупрессией. Самой частой формой инвазивного аспергиллеза является аспергиллема. Мы наблюдали пациента 66 лет, у которого аспергиллема возникла в полости, расположенной внутри периферического плоскоклеточного рака легкого. После лечения амфотерицином В больному выполнена нижняя лобэктомия слева.
