ASPEK PENDIDIKAN DALAM NOVEL KENANG LANGIT KARYA KIRANA KEJORA: KAJIAN SEMIOTIK DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA SEBAGAI BAHAN AJAR DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) describe the structure; (2) describe a novel role in the educational aspects. Kenang Langit Kirana Kejora work with semiotic studies; and (3) describe the implementation of the research result in a novel educational aspects Kenang Langit Kirana Kejora's work as teaching materials in elementary school. This type of research is descriptive qualitative case study strategy spikes. The research data in the form of phrases, clauses, words, sentences, and discourse that comes from the novel Kenang Langit Kirana Kejora's work. The data collection technique used is the technique of literature, see, and record. Once the data is collected, the technique validity or validation of data used triangulation techniques, namely the theory of triangulation and source triangulation. And a data analysis technique used is semiotic studies with data analysis techniques using heuristic and hermeneutic reading. Based on the results of data analisis can be concluded that: (1) The structure of the novel builders Kenang Langit Kirana Kejora's work are interconnected, the theme, the facts of the story, and the story is an integral means of complementing each other. (2) The educational aspect is found in the novel Kenang Langit is the social values, moral values, and religious values. (3) The results showed that the novel Kenang Langit can be implemented as teaching materials in primary schools, especially in the teaching of literature because there are learning novel elements in Competence Standard and Basic Competence Elementary School.
