Abstract

AbstractHigh-throughput sequencing is a technology that has very high potential to build a new world of microbiology diagnostics. However, the laboratories which work with NGS in clinical routine are still few and it is true that the necessary skills, the absence of recommendations and the very high costs for equipment can appear as major complications. Of course, there is no miraculous method for ensuring success, but asking the good questions is one of the solutions.
