Abstract

Despite advances in technology and numerous clinical trials, the choice of which revascularization strategy is best for patients with high risk proximal left anterior descending coronary artery (pLAD) disease remains controversial. To assess the clinical prognosis of elderly patients with coronary artery diseases (CAD) undergoing percutaneous revascularization (PCI) with drug-eluting stent (DES) implantation in the high risk isolated proximal left anterior descending coronary artery (pLAD) in real world.
