Today, one of the primary drivers of global economic growth is digital transformation. Artificial intelligence tools, cloud solutions and telemedicine technology seem to be critical components in the growth of different economic sectors, including healthcare. The relevance of this topic is further supported by the President of Russia’s recent statements delivered at the opening events of health facilities around the country, where he emphasized the importance of incorporating artificial intelligence into all aspects of healthcare, including management, medicine, patient care, to ensure technological sovereignty.
