Abstract

"Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning" are some of the most versatile pieces of equipment that people use for the process of the organization and managing an organization and the workforce. Starting from Google, IBM to companies that are non-tech based such as Salesforce, Amazon and Walmart are all today using Artificial Intelligence to manage their employees. This includes their organization, allotment, and so on. For the purpose of conducting market research, the AI is also capable of managing the human resources for the most effective research process. The Machine Learning process comes after the collection of data happens for the obtainment of the results of the collected data. This data is used then to make future plans and courses of action for the organization.For the purpose of this study, research has been conducted in both primary and secondary methods. A detailed review of the literature has revealed the importance of the use of "Artificial Intelligence" and "Machine Learning" for the management of Human Resources to obtain maximum market research accuracy. The primary method has been done in the form of a survey. The survey has been conducted with professional marketing and market research personnel from various organizations. There were 51 participants and they were asked to answer two questions regarding the effectiveness of the AI and ML and the capability of AI and ML in achieving organizational goals and if they can assist the market researchers in their task. An overwhelming majority of them chose to agree.
