Fue España durante el siglo XIX el destino de investigadores e historiadores europeos. En este artículo analizaremos las figuras de los arqueólogos franceses, Arthur Engel y Pierre Paris, cuyo trabajo en el sur y en el levante español sería de gran valor para el conocimiento del mundo ibérico.
