Abstract

Comparative analysis of long-term outcomes of arthroscopic intervention for 373 patients with isolated ACL injuries was performed. Surgical interventions were performed using arthroscopic technique and block (bone—tendon—bone) allograft of patellar ligament. In 95 patients lyophilized block allograft from patellar ligament was used as a plastic material. Histologic and biochemical results of allogenic graft examination confirmed the preservation of tendinous tissue structure and strength characteristics after lyophilization and radiation sterilization (г-irradiation). Initial condition and long-term surgical outcomes were evaluated by IKDC scale: mean score prior and after surgery made up 50.96 and 81.23 (p
