Abstract

This paper discusses the exploitation of arts-based teaching techniques for a subject directly connected to the issue of social inclusion. Reflecting on the data collected from a training activity within the context of an EU funded project, Artful Leadership (Project No: 2015-1-PT01-KA203-013106), the effectiveness of the approach is discussed and its social extensions are highlighted. The overall conclusion is that artful approaches seem to be affective and applicable to many aspects of professional and social life.
