Abstract

This article offers an overview of the main arguments of Artefacts of Legal Inquiry: The Value of Imagination in Adjudication (2020). It addresses three main areas, within the theory of legal reasoning, to which the book sought to contribute: (1) methodology and meta-theory; (2) the relationship between artefactual language and imagination; and (3) the value of artefactual language and imagination for adjudication.
