Abstract

On February 27, 2013, numerous articles in Rodong Sinmun (Worker's Newspaper) ascribed the national slogan “Let Us Find the Shortcut to Advance in the Latest Technology” to the Three Revolutions Team (samdae hyŏngmyŏng sojowŏn), a bureaucratic organization that was formed in the early 1970s and then disbanded in the mid-1980s.
