Abstract

The proposed text — the continuation of translation of the Dutch theologian, historian and philologist G. J. Foss, «Ars historica», launched in № 23–27 «Vox». The tenth chapter discusses how the energy of individual historical figures contributed to the development of a common perspective of history. Specific circumstances are in this case only a framework. In the end, we talk about the way the tyrants exercise power.
