Abstract
グローバル化が進む中，学部と大学院修士課程における6年間の教育による土木技術者の育成が望まれている．この様な背景を踏まえて本論文では，社会で活躍する人材を大学・大学院で効果的に育成すべく，産業界で活躍するために必要な能力を整理した上で，それらを学生が習得するための授業について検討した．加えて，意欲の高い学部生が大学院へ進学する動機付けを精査した．その結果，コミュニケーション能力や論理的思考力等が産業界で求められており，それらは大学院の研究活動および研究室活動で顕著に育まれることを明らかにした．また，現場見学や技術者との交流により，学部生は土木が社会で役立つ本質を認識し，学習意欲の向上につながるとともに，大学院進学のきっかけになることを確認し，これらを盛り込んだ授業を整理した．
