Abstract
Answering a question of Mitchell (Trans Am Math Soc 329(2):507–530, 1992) we show that a limit of accumulation points can be singular in K\\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \\usepackage{amsmath} \\usepackage{wasysym} \\usepackage{amsfonts} \\usepackage{amssymb} \\usepackage{amsbsy} \\usepackage{mathrsfs} \\usepackage{upgreek} \\setlength{\\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \\begin{document}$${\\mathcal {K}}$$\\end{document}. Some additional constructions are presented.
