Abstract
"The Armenian Catholic Parish Library of Gheorgheni completes our knowledge about the history of the Armenian printed books with its collection of Armenian prints. A number of old printed books come to complete the preserved number of these books kept in different collections of Armenia and the world in general. Some of these books bring new clarifications and discoveries regarding the history of the Armenian printed books. The handwritten notes in the books are no less important, especially from the point of view of historical and source-based studies. This paper was ready for publication, when at the end of 2022, an article by codicologist Dr. Gevorg Ter-Vardanyan titled “The Program of Composing the Corpus of Handwritten Remarks and Library Notes in Armenian Early Printed Books” was published . We hope that our paper will make a small contribution to the compilation of the corpus of handwritten notes and Armenian library records proposed by the author."
