Serious surveys and studies of the use, nonuse, or misuse of operations research in particular industries or of the use, nonuse, or misuse of particular operations research methods as well as scholarly discussions of the gaps and problems in operations research theory that significantly limit its potential for use, and 3. Practitioner-oriented tutorials, surveys, and evaluations of new or rapidly evolving technical areas and of computer programs and systems for making operations research methodology available,
