Abstract

Pathogenic variants of recombination activating genes (RAG1/2) are increasingly recognized among adult patients with antibody deficiency syndromes. Despite their complex medical history with infectious and non-infectious complications, identification is delayed. Our aim is to raise awareness and provide diagnostic clues for this vulnerable patient population.
