The above articles, published online July 1, 2009, have been retracted by agreement between the authors, the Journal Editor-in-Chief, Jonas Johnson, and John Wiley & Sons, Inc. These retractions have been agreed as the articles were incorrectly formatted for Early View publication and inaccurately represent The Triological Society's Trio BP article series. These articles will be reformatted for publication in the November issue of The Laryngoscope, and will be given new DOI numbers.
