Abstract
Labour markets in Australia are at the constant state of uncertainty. Specific jobs are continually created and destroyed as firms expand, adjust to changing labour force characteristics. This article focuses on the issue of job creation and the occupational mobility in Australia. It also deals with the changes in the exchange rates of currency.
