Abstract

With the rapid development of technology and economy, traditional power grid needs to be changed to adapt to the ever-increasing operating pressure of power grid. Committed to building a more high-quality, stable, and intelligent power service system, the digital power grid is attracted more attention. The digital power grid has the characteristics of intelligence and informatization, which can ensure that each layer of the power system is connected, interacted, and assisted with each other, so that complex and massive information can be effectively processed, and the power system is safe to be operated. The architecture, characteristics, challenges, prospect and key technologies of the digital power grid is analyzed in this paper. The application prospects are further explored. The digital power grid can create a more intelligent and modern power energy system.
