Abstract
The article provides extensive information based on scientific sources about the natural economic factors that influence the formation of the industrial structure of the Aran economic-geographical region. Favorable natural geographical conditions, which directly stimulate the economic development of the region, as well as local raw materials, including natural resources that serve the development of industry, were analyzed on scientific and methodical basis. A large-scale interpretation referring to statistical data on the population, labor resources, productive forces and production relations of the Aran economic-geographical region has been brought to the center of attention. Favorable natural conditions of the region allow to develop agriculture here. Comprehensive information about various agricultural areas in the region was provided. Aran economic-geographical region is the largest region of Azerbaijan, as well as a region with a rich Tarkhi geography. The historical geography of the region has also been comprehensively covered. Facts based on recent statistical data about educational institutions, health centers, and public catering service areas are mentioned here.
