Abstract
Ön grup dişlerde meydana gelen estetik problemler, çocuk ve genç bireylerin psikolojik gelişimini ve sosyal yaşantısını olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Gelişen teknoloji, diş çekimi gerekmeksizin hastanın gerek estetik gerekse fonksiyonel ihtiyaçlarını gidermeye yönelik farklı tedavi seçeneklerine olanak tanımıştır. [Computer aided design-computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM)] bilgisayar destekli tasarım/bilgisayar destekli üretim sistemlerinin kullanımının artması, daha estetik ve biyouyumluluğu metal destekli protezlere kıyasla yüksek tam seramik protez uygulamalarının yaygınlaşmasını sağlamıştır. Özellikle dayanıklılık, biyouyumluluk ve toksik yan etkilerinin olmaması gibi üstün mekanik ve biyolojik özelliklere sahip estetik bir materyal olan zirkonyumun (zirkonya) kullanımı diş hekimliğine önemli bir zenginlik katmıştır. Bu olgu raporunda, aşırı madde kaybına uğramış alt ve üst keser dişlere sahip çocuk olgunun endodontik tedavi sonrası, cam fiber post uygulamasını takiben CAD/CAM destekli monolitik zirkonya restorasyonlarla rehabilitasyonu sunulmuştur.
