Abstract

Based on an analysis of a globalized world and the constant search for solutions, current essay investigates social responsibility specifically focused on Educational Law. Concentrated on data that would exhibit the relevance of social responsibility and its possible consequences within Educational Law, research employs the exploratory survey methodology, or rather, an investigation of hypotheses which, based on its finding, tries to suggest, when possible, viable solutions for the given data. Data collection on the project deal with doctrines co-related with the theme so that ideas and positions may be corroborated. Consequently, data are handled directly and objectively so that a positioning proper to Brazilian reality could be reached.
