Abstract

Objective: Perform a pedagogical proposal that allows the training of teachers of undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the Technological University of Choco, generalizable to other institutions of higher education, to improve the training process. Materials and methods: The study was conducted from the perspective of action research in two phases; the first theoretical analysis and second hand construction and organization design proposal. With a research, reflective and critical character must take the contemporary master in this context to his educational work and has as its core development education, which results in an organizational component that facilitates didactic work with system character in the process of initial formation of the UTCH bachelor. Results: In the design of the pedagogical approach the need to understand the context and particularity of this defends to provide teachers with a way of acting with the necessary skills, to ensure the quality of the training process. The result of this process will be the formation of people who may have a comprehensive management and meet the social order. Conclusion: Curricular teaching-philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and proposed foundations provide a methodological and conceptual-theoretical framework that enable to raise the quality of the planning and development of the educational process of the teacher in the races at the undergraduate degree and in postgraduate education.
