Abstract

This paper studies the leader-follower approximate synchronization of multi-agent systems over finite fields. First, the problem of approximate synchronization is studied, and the approximate synchronization state set (ASSS), the maximum approximate synchronization basin (MASB) of the leader-follower multi-agent systems are studied. Combining the ASSS and the transient period, some necessary and sufficient conditions for the approximate synchronization of the systems are given, and the algorithm of the MASB is given.
