Abstract

Taking into account the accumulated practical experience and the existing technical and technological limitations of surface and downhole equipment, a method for conducting informative 3D pressure interference test at a field with a fractured carbonate reservoir is formulated. The results of such a field study can be used to refine the reservoir anisotropy in a 3D hydrodynamic model. This method is partially tested on a real development object. The problems and difficulties identified in the process of conducting practical research made it possible to clarify and expand the presented method.
